do this in a variety of ways such as:Home_Equity_Line_of_Credit - Drawing the equity from your home's current value with the option to pay back interest only for the first ten years. Little or no closing costs are required.
Home_Equity_Loan - Drawing the equity from your home's current value with a fixed repayment schedule of 10, 15, or 20 years. Minimal closing fees can be financed with the loan.
Construction_Loan - A loan taken out to make payments as the construction is being completed. This option is for large remodeling projects or when little equity is in your property. The end loan will then combine the current mortgage and the construction loan to form a new first mortgage.
