Thank you for turning my older home into a new home without compromising the character of the 1940's era. The weekly updates and the creative troubleshooting by Jerry were very comforting. I've had a lot of comments regarding maintaining the architectural character of the addition with the existing structure from friends. We waited a long time for our dream screen porch because we wanted a design, construction and attention that recalled the great old homes around Lake Harriet and Lake of the Aisles. Because of our confidence in College City -- and great quality of home -- we chose our original builder to create our screen porch. College City finished our screen porch on time for our son's high school graduation party. This addition has extended our summer time -- we no longer fight with the hot sun or the mosquito's -- and we have been able to use the screen porch well into October.
